Customer accounts
Shopify's customer accounts don't use your theme, so the rewards button doesn't appear there. Loyalvia adds blocks you can place on the account pages instead.
The blocks
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Profile page | The customer's balance, pending points and VIP tier. |
| Order status page | The points that order earned. |
| Orders page | A short summary of their points above their order list. |
Add the blocks
- In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Checkout and accounts and click Customize.
- From the page selector at the top, choose the account page — Profile, Order status or Orders.
- Click Add block, choose Loyalty points, and place it where you want it.
- Click Save. Repeat for the other pages you want.
Note: These blocks work with Shopify's current customer accounts. If your store still uses legacy customer accounts, the widget on your storefront is where customers see their points.
