Welcome to Loyalvia
Loyalvia runs a loyalty program on your Shopify store. Customers earn points when they shop, spend them on discount codes, climb VIP tiers and earn more by referring friends — all from a rewards button that sits on every page of your store.
How it works
- Customers earn points for creating an account, for every paid order, for referring friends, on their birthday and for following you on social media. You choose which of these are on and how many points each is worth.
- Points turn into rewards. In the rewards widget a customer spends points on a reward and gets a discount code that works once, on their own account.
- Your best customers move up. VIP tiers give members who have earned more a points multiplier on every order and access to tier-only rewards.
A program that's ready on day one
When you install the app, a starter program is set up for you:
- 100 points for creating an account
- 1 point for every unit of your currency spent
- 500 points for a referral, and 200 for the referred friend
- 250 points in a customer's birthday month
- Bronze, Silver and Gold VIP tiers
- A few rewards to start from
Everything can be changed. Most stores switch the app on in their theme, check the rewards, and go live the same day.

Where customers see the program
- On your storefront — a rewards button opens a panel with their balance, ways to earn, rewards, VIP tiers, their referral link and their activity. See Storefront widget.
- In their customer account — their balance and tier on the Profile page, and the points each order earned. See Customer accounts.
- By email, if you turn emails on — a welcome, points earned, reward codes, tier upgrades and expiry reminders. See Customer emails.
Languages
The widget, customer account blocks and emails are shown in each shopper's language: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Simplified Chinese. The app's admin follows your Shopify admin language. Names you type yourself — rewards, tiers, perks — appear as you wrote them.
