Welcome to Plug : Cash On Delivery

Plug : Cash On Delivery gives you control over Cash on Delivery (COD) in your Shopify checkout: who can use it, on which orders, and what it costs — no code needed.

What you can do

Limit when COD shows

Hide or show Cash on Delivery by order total, discount, products, collections, vendors, country, postal code, customer tags and more.

Charge a COD fee

Add a fixed fee through a shipping rate, or a Dynamic Fee worked out live from the order subtotal.

Keep delivery options in sync

When COD is hidden, hide its matching delivery option too, so shoppers never pick a COD rate they can't pay with.

COD badge on product pages

Tell shoppers "Cash on Delivery available" before checkout — only on products and in countries where it really is.

Order analytics

See COD orders, revenue and your share of COD orders for each billing cycle.

Works in every country

Uses Shopify's own payment and delivery customizations, so it works wherever your store sells.

How it works

  1. You add a Cash on Delivery payment method in Shopify. The app needs a manual payment method it can treat as COD.
  2. You set your rules in the app. Choose that payment method in Limit COD and add any restrictions or fees you need.
  3. Shopify applies them at checkout. The app runs inside Shopify's checkout, so COD is shown or hidden instantly for each order, with nothing to install in your theme.
Tip: The Dashboard's setup checklist tracks these steps for you. See the setup guide for the full walkthrough.
