Home

Your starting point each time you open the app.

• App embed banner — appears when the app isn't switched on in your published theme, with an Enable app button that takes you straight to the right place in the theme editor.
• Your size charts — your most recently updated charts with their status and what they apply to. Click Manage size charts (or View all) to open the full list.
• What you can build — a quick reminder of the element types you can add to a chart.
• Your plan — which plan you're on. Early-bird stores also see their spot number.
• Storefront status — shows App enabled or App not enabled for your published theme. Click the refresh icon to check again after changing your theme.

Size charts

Every chart you've made, with tools to find and manage them.

• Tabs — filter by All, Active or Draft. Each tab shows its count.
• Search — find a chart by name.
• Sort — by Last updated, Created or Title, in either direction.
• Columns — choose which columns the list shows. Your choice is remembered in this browser.
• Row actions — Edit, Duplicate, Set as draft and Delete.
• Bulk actions — tick several charts to set them all to draft or delete them together.

Filters, sort and page number are kept in the address, so refreshing the page keeps your view.

Duplicating a chart

Duplicate makes a copy as a draft, so it never clashes with the original. It's the quickest way to make a variation — for example a petite version of your tops chart. The copy is named after the original with "(copy)" on the end. Edit it, change what it applies to, then set it to Active.

Setting to draft or deleting

Both remove the chart from your storefront straight away. Its products fall back to the next most specific active chart (a collection or All products chart), or show no chart if there isn't one. A draft keeps its content so you can make it active again later; deleting can't be undone.

Appearance

Store-wide styling for every chart: colours, fonts, the popup's header and close button, product photos, backgrounds and custom CSS. Saving Appearance updates all your active charts at once. See the full Appearance reference.

A contact form that goes straight to the team that builds the app. Your store is filled in for you, so we know where to look.

• Describe what you expected, what happened, and which chart or product it affects.
• Attach screenshots — they speed things up a lot.
• If your store is password protected and you'd like us to look at it, add the storefront password. It's optional.

Plans

Plug : Size Chart is free. You confirm your plan during setup, and which one you get depends on when you installed:

• Early bird — for the first 100 stores to install. Unlimited size charts, free for good.
• Free — for stores that install after the early-bird spots are taken. Up to 5 active size charts; drafts are unlimited.
